This business is personal for me. I mean it’s not every dad who gets to work with his kids every day; and when Courtney, Austin, and David decided to help me run the company I started more than 30 years ago, I could not have been more proud. Nothing matters to me more than family, and that includes the families of the customers who rely on us to keep them comfortable and safe in all weather and conditions.
